[OOC] Scarcity

Moooostly due to unfortunate things at work, I'll only be available when I'm not at work--which means on the days I work, I'll be available in the early mornings States-side. This will change when my work puts us back to an 8 hour schedule next week.
This applies for Izaya/Pecha, Kaito/Jinx, Prussia, Kiritsugu, and Isaiah.
